Message dated February 1 was read stating the Governor read the                                                                 
following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies                                                          
to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
          SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 4 Welcoming the                                                                                 
          delegates of the Pacific NorthWest Economic Region                                                                    
          from Alberta, the Northwest Territories, and                                                                          
          Saskatchewan; and relating to collaboration with the                                                                  
          governments of the Yukon and the Northwest                                                                            
          Territories and other representatives of the Pacific
